MY OJT JOURNEY

Day 1: For today, I'm compiling all of the thesis books I had scanned and edited. It felt like a daunting task, as there were so many books to go through. I started off by organizing the books into categories and then began the process of scanning and editing each one. It was a long and tedious process, but I managed to scan and edit five books today. I feel like I made a good start and am looking forward to continuing tomorrow. Day 2: Today was my second day of compiling the thesis books. I managed to scan and edit seven books today. I felt like I was making good progress, but the task still felt daunting. I also started to do some basic formatting on the books as I went along. This was a bit more time-consuming, but it was worth it to ensure that the books looked good and had all of the information in the right place.   (Didn't have the time to document myself as scanning and editing really eats all of my time. For that, I apologize.) Day 1: Today was an interesting day. I had to transfer from my usual job of encoding educational books to scanning and editing thesis books for two days. It felt a bit strange at first but I was determined to take the challenge and make the most out of it. Even if it's far from what I've expected, I am still going to miss the cold and the aroma of the books that surrounded our station. The first thing I noticed when I started was that the books, I was working with were quite different from the educational ones I was used to. I had to take some extra time to familiarize myself with the scanning and its application, but eventually I was able to get into the groove and started to understand what I was doing. Day 1 In the morning, we presented the things we did on the 1st rotation. The presentation consists of the amount of books we encoded and put into the inventory. In the afternoon, my team and I went into the room to fix the ebook system we had created. We were all a bit nervous but determined to get it working right. We started by looking at the code and trying to identify where the problem areas were. After a few hours of debugging, we had identified a few key areas that needed to be fixed. We worked together to come up with a plan to address each issue and started making our changes. Day 2 Today was a lot of hard work. We started off by going through the code line by line and fixing any errors. We also spent a lot of time testing the system out to make sure everything was working correctly. We worked together to come up with solutions to any issues we came across. By the end of the day, we had made a lot of progress and were starting to feel more confident in our fixes.   D...

Day 1 : Today, half of the team is coding the library ebook system while the other half is encoding books to be donated to schools and libraries . We are all excited for the work we are doing and are looking forward to the results ! Day 2 : Today we continued working on the library ebook system . We made progress on the coding part and managed to complete the basic structure . We also managed to encode a few books for donation . It 's great and made me feel fuzzy inside to see us working side by side. Day 3 : We are now in the middle of our project and have made some significant progress . The library ebook system is almost complete, and we are now working on the last few tweaks . We have also managed to encode more books for donation . We are on track to complete our project on time ! For the 6th Week, we never did any OJT work as we excused ourselves to our superviser and to other staffs as well that we would be taking 3 days off for us to finish our thesis as it was due on friday. But we weren't able to present it on the promised date, and it was because of the announcement that contains about the movement of the holiday date addressed by the current president. 

Day 1 Today I started my new job at the library . I had to encode and carry books all around the library for the whole day . It was hard work , but I enjoyed it . I organized the books on the shelves according to the library 's catalog uing system . I was glad to have the opportunity to help out the library and to learn about the different genres and types of books . Day 2 Today I continued to encode and carry books around the library . I got to know the library a bit better and observed the different customers that come in . I also got to talk to some of the staff and learn how they organize the books on the shelves . I am slowly getting used to the system they use, and I am confident that I will be able to do it with ease soon .
