2nd Week of My OJT Journey

Monday: Today I started encoding all of my books into an Excel spreadsheet. I began by creating a new spreadsheet and entering the titles, authors, and other information I wanted to track. It took me a few hours, but by the end of the day I had finished entering all of the data. Initially, I wanted to have 100 books to be encoded before noon but was feeling tired already and so did not continue to do it.

Tuesday: I reviewed what I've encoded yesterday and today I spent making sure all of the data I had entered was accurate and complete. I also spent some time reformatting the spreadsheet to make it look cleaner and more organized. After looking at the encoded information in the excel spreadsheet, I encoded all of the remaining books on the top shelf. Wednesday: Today I noticed that half of the books that I encoded were blocking the walkway, so I decided to move it and stack it on the books that were near the corner. Nothing eventful happened this day so we decided to take a long break. Thursday: Today I finished organizing my spreadsheet and tried to count all of the books that were encoded on the sheet. I was amazed by how many books are encoded in just a short amount of time. While the other members of my group are busy coding the given task which is making an eBook system for easy and modernized access. I was trying to think of something to help them but since it's enough for a 2 person to do it, I decided it is best to let them be. Friday: For today I decided to have a rest as the one who supervised us, Ma'am Gene, saw and was amazed by how many we encoded and kindly made us have a rest day.
